Hence, Franklin Red Beef Jerky! If you are up for a sweet and spicy treat, follow this recipe:<\/p>\n<div><strong>Time &amp; Temperature: <\/strong>Dehydrate at 71\u00b0C for 6-8 hours.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Equipment:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/brodandtaylor.uk\/product\/sahara-foldable-dehydrator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SAHARA Folding Dehydrator<\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-1606739386\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-2066459778\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>0,5 kg of eye of round (trim the fat)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 of coconut aminos<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp of hickory liquid smoke<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp of sea salt<\/li>\n<li>1 heaping tsp of onion powder<\/li>\n<li>1 heaping tsp of garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp of ground ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 EL of habanero flakes (See Recipe Right)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1486050826\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<div class=\"video video-fit mb\" style=\"padding-top:56.25%;\"><p><iframe title=\"Habanero Flakes Making\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/573665002?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"1020\" height=\"574\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Slice the beef (with the grain) 0,6 cm thickness and place into a large ziplock bag.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture into the bag, zip, and massage for several minutes or until all of the beef has been covered in the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Place into the refrigerator for 24 hours. After 12 hours, invert the ziplock bag to ensure even distribution of flavor.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0After 24 hrs, place each slice of beef onto a flat firm surface or cutting board to pound the beef with a meat tenderizing mallet.
